“The Importance of Planning” – Anjie Cayot
Ms. Cayot will talk about how planning plays an important role in achieving desired goals whether they are personal or professional. Thinking forward can motivate one today. She will share how she has developed her own plans and how they have helped her persevere, especially through tough periods in her career or life. And, she will give us some tips to help each attendee develop our own planning skills.
Anjie Cayot is one of the co-founders of Keyot, a certified woman owned boutique consulting firm with offices in the Twin Cities, Des Moines and expanding into Dallas. Anjie leads sales for Keyot. Her credibility comes with more than 15 years of experience including consulting and delivery for Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini, VP of IS with Farm Bureau, and a founding member of Genesis10, before starting Keyot in 2008.
Anjie brings her strong experiences from Corporate America, various consulting firms and entrepreneurial endeavors to partner with her clients to execute on their business and technology strategies. She is a collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
