Laura Kelly – As Keyot’s co-founder and Chief Executive, Laura Kelly draws on over twenty years’ experience in the creation of new business models, business architecture, process design and organizational designs. Her perspective was born from consulting for a multitude of Fortune ranked organizations across the US and a skill set fusing creative solution thinking and strategic discipline.
Laura’s pursuit of a more efficient consulting partnership that creates value for both consultant and client has shaped Keyot’s unique business model and practices. It has helped launch innovative programs into developing the next generation of leaders – both in consulting and corporate America.
Anjie Cayot – As co-founder and President, Anjie Cayot oversees Keyot’s sales and delivery management activities. Anjie possesses a passion for project execution that both baffles and delights her colleagues. Anjie began her career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri where she used her natural logistic and leadership skills to move into the roles of business analyst and project manager. Her success brought her into a variety of positions throughout the next 15 years – business project management, leading a business-focused project consulting practice, and ultimately Vice President of Information Systems. Her passion for channeling the energy and raw talent of college grads is the driving force behind Keyot’s Crew212 program.
Anjie is wife to Chandler and mother to Hannah and Caroline. She is a mom first and foremost! She enjoys involvement in her girls activities at Texas Christian University and Hill Murray High School. Cindy Rockwell – As Keyot’s managing partner in Iowa and CIO for the organization, Cindy Rockwell brings a passion for aligning technical solutions to business strategies. Most recently as the CEO of software company CustomerVision and previously Group Vice President at Wells Fargo and an executive at the Principal Financial Group, Cindy brings a vast array of business and technology real-world experience in all sectors of service oriented businesses, including sales & marketing, operations, accounting, and IT.
Cindy is the Executive Leader of “Go Red for Women” in the Des Moines metro area for 2017, as well, Cindy is a community leader in Million Women Mentors and STEM Women in Innovation of Iowa and a regular speaker at various conferences and events. Chandler Cayot – As leader of our Healthcare Practice, Chandler works with both providers, payers as well as other healthcare organizations to find the right leaders and project professionals to manage the many projects needed to enable healthcare reform, the collaborative care processes as well as turn data into insight. Organizations and consultants in this rapidly changing environment will benefit from Chandler’s twenty plus years in consulting, along with the experience and insight he obtained from IBM’s Information Management software division. His trademark is asking strong, insightful questions in order to fully understand his client’s and consultant’s need in the proper context. He has a passion for matching people to perfect fit jobs and has an innate ability to understand the true character of a person after only a few meetings. Jeanine Rickson is a staffing and recruitment executive. She believes truly knowing your candidates and cultivating those relationships is fundamental to optimize both client and consultant success. Jeanine has extensive corporate, client and consulting experience in the areas of change management, human resources and operations management.
Jeanine is an industry subject matter expert and industry speaker in the areas of interview etiquette, resume development and career coaching. Jason Lindmeyer is the Keyot Texas Branch Manager. He started with Keyot in 2011 as a Project Manager, and for the better part of five years delivered progressively more complex projects and programs for multiple clients. After adding many Keyot consultants onto his projects and programs, into other roles at his existing clients, and opening a new client account, Jason moved into the Keyot back office as a Delivery Manager.
In this role, he ensured each of his clients received top quality project delivery from Keyot consultants, and made the “match” between candidates and clients. The “match” is crucial to Keyot and something Jason takes very seriously. He uses his experience and training as an experienced Project Manager (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM), and Business Analyst (Six Sigma Green Belt) to ensure only qualified candidates are introduced to Keyot clients. He brings a pragmatic approach and leadership style that allows him to provide advice and an outside perspective to organizational leaders rarely available within that company.
Annette Germann – After a successful 17 year career as the owner of a small accounting practice, Annette joined the Keyot team in March of 2010, to manage the new office in Oakdale. She manages the back office systems including accounting, receivables and payables, and most importantly – payroll! She especially likes interacting with the consultants and getting them on board with the Keyot team. She loves working for a woman owned business. Dakota, her miniature schnauzer, plays an important role of greeting consultants in our dog friendly office.
Annette has been married for 25 years and is the proud mother of two teenage sons. In her free time she enjoys playing softball, goal tending on a woman’s hockey team, solving word and jigsaw puzzles, playing guitar, skiing and spending relaxing weekends on her boat on the beautiful St. Croix River. Jess LaValle is the office manager at Keyot, she is committed and passionate about the consultant and client experience with Keyot. Jess is the voice on the phone when you call Keyot and the face that greets you when you visit our office. She works to ensure that schedules and appointments are made and kept and that all new consultants are treated as the unique professionals they are during on-boarding with Keyot.

Renee Neppl joined the Keyot team in October 2013. She spent 20 years at a Fortune 500 company in Human Resources and Residential Mortgages. As a Talent Manager, Renee leverages her recruiting and program management background and her desire to help others.
Renee has a non-profit heart which aligns with Keyot’s commitment to giving back. She currently serves as the Chair for the Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Council. Suzanne Allen joined the Keyot team in August of 2014 as the Office Manager / Delivery Coordinator for the Iowa location. She is responsible for day to day office operations, on-boarding of new consultants and provides an additional line of support to clients and consultants. Her professional background spans from healthcare to construction software, with her focus on cultivating client relationships. She is driven by results and is dedicated to creating a successful experience for clients and her teammates.
Johnna Mitich, as a Recruiter, uses positive energy to hit the ground running. Her goal is to preserve, protect and grow relationships so more people can love their jobs like she does. Johnna’s experience in social media outreach helps the Keyot Recruiting Team source and identify top talent in the Project Management and Business Analysis space.
Johnna holds a Bachelor of Arts from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Minnesota. She has demonstrated her versatility in market research, social media strategy and sports broadcasting. Tara Shaw has 20 years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience as an employee and as a consultant – working on both the client side and the delivery/vendor side. She has worked at a variety of clients and industries in the Twin Cities and has a passion for mentoring and for client services. As a Delivery Manager at Keyot, Tara will use those experiences to coach and guide Keyot consultants and work closely with our Clients to understand and deliver on their goals.
Tara is from Kansas City and moved to Minneapolis in her late twenties after a long weekend vacation when she fell in love with MN (in the summer, of course!). Tara loves animals – especially dogs! Tara and her husband Scott have welcomed 3 rescue dogs into their home – Emmett, Elliot and Elmo. Michelle Hangge – As Finance Assistant, Michele strengthens and further aligns the finance department with Keyot’s core values of leading the way, caring about you, giving time and wisdom, driving to win and loving what we do. Her attention to detail and consistency is an incredible asset to Keyot. Michele uses her competitive nature and team player mentality to help our consultants and internal team be successful.
Prior to Keyot, Michele was the Bookkeeper for her family owned business. She came to Keyot because of her passion for Women Owned and Women Led organizations. Michele loves Keyot’s dog friendly atmosphere and brings Rosie, her new puppy, to help brighten our days.

Diane Brass is the Controller at Keyot. As the controller she is responsible for directing the accounting and finance functions of the company. She is a CPA with over 20 years of experience as a Controller and working in public accounting with an emphasis on taxes and financial statements. Diane joined the team in November 2015 and works in the Oakdale office. She is excited to be a part of the Keyot team and oversee the finance, accounting and facilities operations of the company.
Diane lives in Maplewood with her husband Dave and two children when they are home from college. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time at the two family cabins in Northern Minnesota. Email Diane
Molly Woodruff joined the Keyot team in December 2015, as a Delivery Coordinator specifically with the Crew212 team. She enjoys using her interpersonal skills to connect with consultants and potential new Crew212 team members. Molly began her professional career in healthcare and from there transitioned to an Account Manager of a software development company before joining Keyot and Crew212.

Jo Wirth is an Associate Recruiter for Keyot. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jo has a passion for building community and fostering authentic relationships. She started her career as a Development Consultant in the higher education field, traveling the country to mentor sorority leaders while creating action plans for personal growth. After a year on the road, Jo returned to Minnesota with a drive to connect people to their full potential. She brings this energy to the Keyot team as a recruiter.

Courtney Clark joined the Keyot team in July 2017 as a Delivery Coordinator, specifically with the Crew212 team. Previously, she worked as a Business Analyst consultant through the Crew212 program in the Des Moines, IA market. She is excited to utilize the skills she gained during her first year as a consultant to help transform our Crew212 consultants into the “Next Generation of Leaders.” Courtney is dedicated to learning about potential candidates and current consultants to help guide them through their first year in the business world.
